Know all men by these present that I _______________ S/O ___________________ r/o______________________ in the district of ________________________ (hereinafter called the 'Principal party') and shri ______________________ s/o _____________________ r/o _________________ surities on behalf of the Administrator and legal representative to idemnity the P.S.E.B. ( hereinafter called the board, which impression shall include its successor and assigns) on demand the entire cost and damages in respect of all actions, proceedings of or any damages claimed or to be claimed against the board by any person including the landlord Shri ______________________ s/o _________________ (name of the landlord) or any person claiming through or under him at any stage by reason or giving of electric connection by the Board to the pricipal party.

Whereas the above bounden principal party namely Shri _________________ has applied for an industrial connection in the premises of this workshop known as _________________.

And whereas the principal is the lawful occupier of premises but it has not been possible for him to obtain the consent office landlord for the installation of the above said industrial connection.

And whereas the connection has been sanctioned to the principal party subject to his furnishing an idemnity bond in favour of the Board idemnifying the Board against all actions, proceeding or damages claimed or to be claimed against the Board by any person including the landlord Sh. ________________ s/o _______________ or any person claiming through or under him at any stage by reason of giving of the electric connection by the Board to the pricipal party.

Now, therefore, this agreement witness that the principal party agrees and convenants with the said Board that the pricipal party doesnot idemnify and shall thereafter idemnify the said Board against all actions, proceeding of damages claimed or that may be claimed against the Board by any person including the landlord. ______________________ . s/o __________________ or any person claiming through or under him at any stage by reason of giving electric connection by the Board to the principal party.

2.      And the principal party, his heirs, executors and successors hereby convenant with the Board and its successors in interest that the above said bounden principal party shall on demand pay to the Board all such sum or sums of money for which the Board shall incur liability or which it shall rightfully party by the reason of or in consequence of the aforesaid connection now been given to the above bounden principal party and that on his failure to do so the Board shall have the power to realise the same from the abovesaid bounden principal party and his property of all types by private negaotiations or by court proceedings.

4.     Provided always that the liability of the sureties hereunder shallnot be impaired or discharged by the reason of time being granted or by forbearances, act or ommission of the Board or any person authorised by it (whether with or without consent or knowledge of the sureties) nor shall it be necessary for the Board to use the said bounden principal party before suing the above bounden sureties Shri ______________________ and Shri _______________ or any of them for ammounts/damages due hereunder.
